Shipping + Returns

Shipping:

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Made to Order products are typically processed in 3-5 business days. Once processed, all orders are mailed out with tracking included. The majority of orders will ship USPS, but occasionally larger orders will be sent UPS! Made to Order products might be shipped via a different service as well.

Leigh & Lane Return Policy:

Leigh & Lane items can be returned for store credit if the items are shipped within 7 days of the original delivery date. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Items must be still be in new condition: unworn and unwashed. Emma Leigh Design reserves the right to decline items if they show signs of wear or wash. If there is an issue with your item, please email hello@emmaleighdesign.com within 7 days of your order’s delivery. After 7 days, Emma Leigh Design is not responsible for any issues with your item.

Exchanges:

Emma Leigh Design accepts exchanges on select apparel items only. If you would like to make an exchange, please email hello@emmaleighdesign.com prior to mailing back your order. All exchanges must be post-marked and sent back within 10 days of the original delivery date otherwise the order will no longer be eligible for exchange. All items must be unworn and unwashed in order to be accepted for exchange. Emma Leigh Design maintains the ability to decline an exchange if an item appears to be either worn or washed. Declined exchanges will be returned to the customer. The customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs involved in an exchange. Made to Order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective — in this case, please contact hello@emmaleighdesign.com within 7 days of the original delivery date. In the case of a damaged item, options for a refund or exchange will be assessed by Emma Leigh Design on a case by case basis.

all hand-picked apparel, accessories, and handmade items are final sale. If an item is marked as “final sale” in its description, it cannot be exchanged.

(The exchange period may be extended at the discretion of the shop owner under special circumstances. Please contact the shop via email as soon as possible with any questions regarding an exchange.)

Returns:

Emma Leigh Design does not accept returns. Accessories and hand-picked apparel items are final sale. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shop via email (hello@emmaleighdesign.com) within 7 days of the original delivery date. Issues involving damage will be addressed on a case by case basis by the shop owner. Items that are washed or worn cannot be claimed as damaged. If not contacted within 7 days of the original delivery, Emma Leigh Design is no longer responsible for a damaged item. I do my very best to pack every order with care to ensure that your items arrive safely to your door, but if there are ever any issues involving damage or a lost package, please contact the shop as soon as possible. If you do have any issues with your order, I will do my best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

All orders placed during a sale / discounted items are final! Made to order items are final sale.
